Refund Eligibility

At Zarosh Jewel, we maintain strict quality standards. Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

·      The product received is damaged

·      The product received is defective

·      The wrong item was delivered

In such cases, customers must notify Zarosh Jewel within 3 days of receiving the order.

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused and in original condition
The product must be returned with original packaging
Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
Once the product is received and inspected by Zarosh Jewel, the refund process will be initiated.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Products purchased during sales or promotional campaigns
Customized or made-to-order items
Items returned after the 3-day request period
Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

If approved, Zarosh Jewel will process the refund within 5–7 working days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
